Mì trộn tươi mát với sợi mì shirataki Nhật Bản trông như sợi bún gạo hay sợi miến của ẩm thực Việt. Mì dai dai, quyện cùng nhiều loại phụ liệu trộn cùng như thịt ức gà, dưa leo, trứng chiên, ... đặc biệt nước sốt trộn mặn ngọt, chua chua rất vừa miệng.

Rang 4 muỗng canh mè trắng cho đến khi thơm, trút ra giã nát. Thêm mật ong, giấm gạo, nước tương, dầu mè trộn đều làm nước sốt. Trứng gà đánh tan đều, thêm chút muối. Chiên trứng mỏng, vàng, thơm, sau đó thái thành sợi. Dưa leo bỏ vỏ nếu thích, nạo thành sợi. Cà chua thái múi cau. Thịt gà xé nhỏ.
Đun sôi nước, thả mì shirataki vào luộc cho chín rồi đem mì xả lại vớt nước đá, vớt ra để ráo. Bày mì shirataki vào tô, thêm thịt, trứng, dưa leo, cà chua, ngò rí. Khi ăn rưới nước sốt mè mật ong lên và trộn đều.
