Đặt chảo lên bếp cho 2 muỗng canh dầu, tỏi băm vào phi thơm sau đó cho cùi dừa bào vào đảo đều, tiếp đến cho 1 muỗng canh ớt bột cùng 1/3 muỗng cà phê bột canh. Tiếp đến cho ốc vào xào, đảo đều liên tục tới khi phần vẩy ốc tách ra, thịt ốc thấy chín là được (bạn có thể thêm chút xíu nước trong quá trình xào). Cuối cùng cho ít lá chanh vào rồi xóc đều.
